After spending a couple hours trying to figure out why my internet was not working; I started reading forums and found a simple solution to this problem. Shutting down my computer and unplugging it from the wall for 30 minutes, then plugging it back in. I love all the tutorials on You Tube for fixes and I wish that I had found this one first; prior to following a ton of videos for a fix.
